• Responsible for dealing on a day to day basis with customers

• Practical experience in an After Sales environment.

• General understanding of basic mechanical / automotive systems.
• Ability to estimate accurately times for diagnosis and repair.
• Ability to determine condition of safety related parts i.e. tyres, brake pads, and wiper blades.

• Demonstrably well educated, numerate and literate - GCSE grade A to C in English and Maths alongside qualifications in either Sales or Customer Service.
