The Role Our client is recruiting for a Part time HR and Training Co-ordinator to join their busy team. The HR and Training role will encompass all areas of HR administration including recruitment, induction and training. Key duties will include systems administration, document management, recruitment administration, on-line support services and acting as first point of contact for the department. You will also be responsible for the new starter process including issuing offer packs, obtaining references and preparing contracts and addendum's within agreed HR and Payroll timescales. As HR and Training administrator you will be responsible for the creation and distribution of name badges, issuing key cards and any other ad-hoc duties as they arise. The ideal candidate will have advance level IT skills and be comfortable providing statistical and management information upon request, including KPI's and diversity monitoring. Other duties will also include reviewing and upda! ting the HR section of the Intranet and uploading photos to th! e staff directory. This role does not require previous HR experience, we are looking for a senior administrator who is able to work on their own initiative, oversee projects on their own and can be the admin specialist for the department. This role is part of a job share. Salary & Benefits The HR and Training administrator role pays £20,650 (Pro - Rated). Job Share, 17.5 hours per week. Wednesday afternoon, Thursday and Friday. An awareness of welding methods and! influence of welding on microstructural changes would be an advantage. You should be capable of working under your own initiative and, as this project is funded by industry and will be carried out between The University of Manchester, Cambridge and BP. This will also require excellent communication,organisationaland collaboration skills. The ability to support the supervision of PhD and MSc students is also a requirement of the position. 8am and 6pm (Monday to Friday)
9am-1pm on Saturdays (usually 2 Saturdays per month)
Shifts are set up to 4 weeks in advance

A Sales Executive experienced in the Finance / Banking sector is sought to join this innovative company who offers unique finance solutions to their customers. Based in Altrincham, the organisation has funded over £40mil! lion to SME business owners across the UK, and are now looking to expand their call-centre based team of Sales Executives.

As a Sales Executive, you will bring finance assistance to customers; helping them to raise money for projects such as refurbishments, stock purchases, cash flow and any other plans they may have.

Title: Sales Executive
Location: Altrincham
Salary: £23k basic plus commission, OTE £40k
Benefits: Full training programme, uncapped commission

The Sales Executive role includes the following responsibilities:

  • Inbound call handling of company generated leads
  • Outbound calling to new and existing customers as part of a marketing programme
  • Delivering excellent levels of customer service
  • Processing applications
  • Using a CRM system to keep accurate, up-to-date records
The ideal Sales Executive will possess the following skills and experien! ce:
  • Experience in a similar role as a Sales / Tel! esales Executive / Sales Advisor in the Finance or Banking industries

Key experiences needed for the Customer Insight Analyst role are:
E! xperience of customer insight analysis / business intelligence! / MI (management information) - advising external clients what the power of data analytics can do.
Solid mix of analytical and operational skills is needed. To be successful, you will required previous experience with technical/analyst type of work and a strong understanding of the operational aspects of the business
Ideally you have worked within telecoms, utilities, finance or credit card industry.
To design, develop and deliver optimized client facing BI and Assurance Dashboards
To develop analytics/analytic models in-line with current telecoms or IT services convergent market evolution
Be involved in planning and delivering large scale data migrations and/or data transformation exercises
Strong SQL needed and having experience with one or more of the following with be considered advantageous: revenue assurance experience, fraud detection, SQL, SAS, Linux, Macro 4, Scripting, Data Warehousing
Experience of BI Software packages such as SAS, Bu! siness Objects, Cognos, SQL or Access would be ideal
To be a self-starter
To have demonstrable experience in delivering added value through advanced analytics
Experience within a telecoms, Utilities or financial services desirable

The position
