Renault Retail Group seeks an experienced Inbound Call Centre professional to join our Contact Centre in Salford, Manchester M3.
I! nbound telesales / call centre experience is strongly preferred. So we are looking for a candidate who is confident over the phone, with great sales and customer service skills. The ideal candidate should have the ability to input sales & service data quickly and accurately as well as promote additional products / services confidently.
We will consider applications from candidates with a strong background in call centre work from any sector; however those candidates with experience in the automotive sector will have an advantage.
Package includes:
£15k basic salary
Uncapped Bonus Scheme (£19k OTE)
Details of the role include:
Arranging service and MOT appointments for existing Renault customers’ vehicles at their local Renault Dealership
Included cross selling and up-selling related services/products
Handling customer service calls
Working Hours
Full-time: 42.5 hours per week
Regular work! ing week is 5 days comprising either:
4.5 weekdays plu! s half-day Saturday, or
Monday to Friday, 5 days
Staggered shifts are on rota, involving work between the hours of
8am and 6pm (Monday to Friday)
9am-1pm on Saturdays (usually 2 Saturdays per month)
Shifts are set up to 4 weeks in advance
