Description: St Vincent's Housing Association Ltd is at present recruited Maintenance Officer right now, this position will be assigned in England. St Vincentâs Housing Association provides a diverse range of approximately 3200 homes across the North West. Our Foyers are exciting and dynamic initiatives that ! provide high standard supported accommodation for young people aged 16 to 25.
The post holder will provide a variety of caretaking / handyperson and cleaning functions. This includes carrying out basic repairs and maintenance work to fittings and equipment e.g. painting and decorating, repairs to doors and damaged walls, replacing door furniture, relocating furniture, removing rubbish etc
Preferably a time served joiner or possessing another building related qualification, you must also have excellent customer service and communication skills, the ability to effectively time manage and prioritise your work and ideally be IT proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
As this post is based in a supported housing project for young people, the successful applicant will be subject to a criminal records background check.
