In order to be considered for this role, you do not need any experience whatsoever. Your ability to secure this role will be based on your personality, motivation and attitude.
You will need to be a money-driven, competitive and ambitious graduate, with the confidence and tenacity required to excel in a target driven sales environment.
You will need to be proactive by nature and be enthused by the prospect of building your network of candidates and clients in order to take charge of your earning potential and career success.
You will be a lateral thinker with the ability to learn how to infl! uence up to CEO level. You should be able to substantiate your suitability for the role with some examples of achievement throughout your life and have a professional outlook towards your career.
