JOB TITLE: Contact Centre Advisor
SALARY & BENEFITS: Basic - £12,553 OTE - £25,000 - attractive commission scheme
WORKING HOURS: FT, 39hrs p! /w
Shifts
Monday & Wednesday - 9.00am - 5.00pm
Tuesday & Thursday - 9.00am - 7.00pm
Friday - 9.00am - 4.00pm
THE ROLE: Contact Centre Advisor
Our client is the UK's most successful privately owned Business Sales Agency and is currently expanding throughout Europe.

The Contact Centre Advisor will be generating leads for the Sales Consultants offering excellent, professional service and advice to business owners who are looking to sell their business.
Key Responsibilities: -
Outbound calling to business owners from the company's sales leads database
Identifying sales opportunities and proceed to provide excellent customer service!
Manage own workload including setting up 'call back'! reminders
Recording potential client information on the AMCAT system
THE COMPANY:
Our client recently celebrated their 40th anniversary and has grown to be the largest privately owned business transfer agency throughout the UK and Europe with over 50% of the market share.
They currently employee over a 150 people and have a long history of staff stability with 50% of the field sales team having over 10 years' service.
The client's 60 seated Contact Centre currently have a team of 40-45 contact centre staff and is expanding more and more as business growth increases.
THE CANDIDATE:
Our client are looking for a highly driven, self motivated and positive individual with excellent communication skills.
The current team encompasses a wide variety of previous experience, so whether you are experienced or not and wish to embrace this fantastic opportunity, our client would like to hear from you.
! Key skills and experience required:
Experience within a Contact Centre or sales is desirable but not essential
Must be target driven
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
Be able to manage own workload
Must possess clear, concise communication skills
IT literate - excellent IT and typing skills
