We are looking to recruit for a permanent Sales Administrator for a retail client based in Manchester City Centre. The organisation are well established and have been operating for over 15 years and are ! a family run business and have over 75 staff. They specialise in providing various different products to large branded companies in the market place. The company have new office premises just outside Manchester City Centre.

The Role

Providing first class customer service support and administration support to a wide range of customers the majority being business customers.
Taking sales order via telephone, fax and email.
Checking stock levels
Processing customer orders
Sorting out distribution from the warehouse
Ensuring customers are in regular communication
Promoting special offers and promotions to customers
Dealing with delivery queries & returns
Producing various reports
Dealing with credit notes & invoicing & purchase order numbers
Advising customers when overdue accounts
Utilising basic microsoft word & excel
Basic PA duties
Using Sage

Experience Required

Must have a minimum of 3 y! ears office administration experience and this will be prefera! bly from a sales administration/order processing background.
Experience of word & excel
Experience of using Sage
Experience of producing reports
Experience of carrying out basic PA duties for the MD
