• DRIVING / INDUSTRIAL MANCHESTER BASE £23,000 - £28,000 + COMMISSION

This company are specialists in the warehousing and dist! ribution industry. They were established in 1999 and now the company has grown to a turnover of over £22 million and are the clear market leader in the supply of driving and industrial workers to the distribution industry in the North of England. They have a range of customers including local clients & blue-chip contracts.
You will join a team to manage 5 Consultants and also seek to recruit another member to your team. As well as this managerial aspect, you will have a full, hands-on, recruitment role where you will lead by example with top billings and will motivate and inspire through proactive business development and winning new business.

To join this forward thinking company you will need -

• At least 5 years Recruitment experience from ideally the Industrial / Driving sector
• Previous management experience (not essential)
• Leadership skills
• A strong billing history
• A consistent track record
• Strong in! terpersonal skills
• A flair for developing business an! d maintaining relationships
• To thrive in a sales environment
• To be proactive, confident, professional and charismatic
