German Speaking Travel Consultants offering a basic salary of up to £15,500.00, including language and shift allowances, are required to w! ork for this leading airline at their modern call centre in Wilmslow, South Manchester.Within the role of German Speaking Travel Consultant you will- Quote & sell Travel airfares using Airline & in house Travel Reservations systems- Make changes to Travel bookings- Convert calls into Travel sales- Work towards Travel sales targets- Offer the highest level of customer service to German & English Travel clientsTo be successful in the role of German Speaking Travel Consultant you will- Have previous customer service & call centre background- Be fluent in German & EnglishAs a German Speaking Travel Consultant you will work 37.5 hours per week throughout the opening of the call centre, which are Monday to Sunday from 07.30 - 20.30 to include 2 weekends per month.
