Due to continued growth we are seeking a Store manager for our Manchester store.

Job title: Store Manager
Location: Manchester
Salary: Up to £17,000 DOE

Responsible for the performance and day to day operations of the store and the team. You will take pride in delivering the high standards of customer service and will have the ability to work under pressure while maintaining service levels.

• Drive sales and profitability across the store whilst enhancing the customer experience.
• Managing weekly and monthly promotions and maximising sales
• To ensure shop floor standards are maintained at all times.
• Staff recruitment development and training.
• Ensuring customer service and health and safety standards are met.
• Cash handling and supervision of tills.
• Store administration and reporting duties.
Ensure company policies and procedures are complied with.
• Dealing with customer complaints and comments.

The successful Store Manager will thrive in a busy environment and enjoy the challenges of a fast moving retail career. Ideally have experience of management in the discount retail sector and will have good communication skills and proficient in basic Microsoft packages; Outlook, Excel & Word.
