Functional Skills Tutor
Location: Manchester, England
Description: Alderwood Education is currently interviewing Functional Skills Tutor right now, this vacancy will be settled in England. More complete informations about this vacancy opportunity please read the description below. You will initially be responsible for diagnosing apprenticeship learners requiring additional support and then providing training support and assessment towards completion of Funct! ional Skills, literacy, numeracy and ICT at levels 1 and 2. Delivery will include 1:1 training and assessment in the workplace and in a small group environment both at in and around the Manchester region.
Essential Criteria:
A1 Assessors award or equivalent.
Experience delivering Key Skills or Functional Skills, both Literacy and Numeracy in the workplace.
Relevant Teaching qualification
It is also essential that you are able to work independently, managing your own time and travelling to visit different workplaces.
You will receive an excellent salary and benefits package, including:

45p per mile mileage allowance
