As a waiter / waitress you'll be the ‘face’ of Zizzi and your role will be key to creating that all important first impression to all our customers, every time! You’ll be ooz! ing with personality, enthusiasm and a genuine desire to ensure every customer experiences the unmistakeable Zizzi style every time they visit.
You will display great passion for food and first class customer service. You will be a true team player and have the ability to effectively communicate with other team members both on the restaurant floor and in the kitchen to ensure that service is second to none.
We love friendly, happy and well-presented people with confidence and enthusiasm that have the ability to keep a cool-head and maintain high standards of service even during peak restaurant periods or when a situation challenges you. You will ensure each customer has a tailored experience that’s perfect for them and their dining guests, working with the rest of the team to read the guests needs and make this happen!
It is not essential that you have waiting on experience for this role as we will give you the relevant training to bring you qui! ckly and knowledgably up to speed with what’s required of yo! u in the role. A can do attitude is a must. All new team members undergo a detailed induction course which covers food and wine knowledge, Zizzi steps to service and everything else you need to know in order to succeed in this role.
