Experienced Recruitment Consultant

Location: Manchester, England

Description: Office Angels is at present looking to employ Experienced Recruitment Consultant right now, this vacancy will be reside in England. My client, a leading apprenticeship provider, are currently recruiting for an Experienced Recruitment Consultant to join a team based in their Bolton office.

The role wil! l involve recruiting apprentices and duties will include:

Screening applications and candidates

Keeping the candidate database up to date

Preparing candidate CVs and profiles

Liaising with clients regarding opportunities

Negotiation of terms of business

Preparing candidates for interview and managing feedback

Managing the recruitment team to ensure targets are met

Attending appropriate industry events

Liaise with the business development team leader regarding marketing strategy

Comply with all legislative requirements

Applicants must have experience of recruitment and achieving targets as well as experience of meeting clients and presenting information. You should have excellent customer service skills and the ability to manage conflicting workloads and still meet all deadlines. You must also have a minimum of 5 GSCE's at grades A - C.

Salary: £24,500 + bonus.! Benefits include pension and 27 days annual leave + bank holi! days
