Location: Manchester, England

Description: Maple Resourcing is looking of Telecoms Design Engineer right now, this position will be assigned in England. Railway Telecom Design Engineers are required to join an expanding team in the NW of England team to work on a number of major Railway operational Telecommunications schemes throughout the UK.
You will be responsible for producing GRIP 3, 4 & 5 designs and documentation for operational Railway Telecommunications equipment and infrastructure. You will receive Survey information from outside parties to which you will then use to complete designs, make decisions on current equipment and obsolete equipment. This will include but not limited to design for identifying telephony circuits, migration strategy, earthing and bonding, ftn and copper cabling.

To be considered for this role you will have extensive experience of producing UK Railway telecommunications equipment designs, policies and procedures, including but not limited to the following equipment SPTs, PETs, Concentrators, FTN , Copper and Fibre cabling.
