This role has been developed to help support the business deliver and execute change effectively, prioritising focus and managing relationships with key business support partners so that the business receives adequate support to operate effectively and efficiently. In this crucial role, working in collaboration with our Operations Managers, Site Managers, Finance and Category Trading, you'll proactively develop relationships with so that current services can be improved upon and change activities can be s! coped, prioritised and executed. This role will be key in supp! orting the business execute and embed change, in which you will collaborate with teams across the Co-operative Group.
This key role will be part of the senior management team and will report to the Head of Farms you'll be accountable for:
Developing business cases based on proposed change initiatives in order to prioritise and focus on key business areas, in order to enable the right initiatives to be executed and business benefits realised.
Coordinating centrally the delivery of all initiatives for the Farms business, providing specialist initiative support, managing service providers to ensure delivery.
Building & managing key business support relationships centrally to ensure that service being delivered to the Farms business meets operational requirements and performance issues are addressed to improve service
Identifying future asset utilisation opportunities within the Farms business to be able to improve the business operational act! ivity or increase value in the Farms business.
Collaboratively managing the Farms business procurement activities, managing relationships with internal teams and external suppliers, working with other business areas in order to develop tenders ,benchmarking costs and services.
