Our client is an international C! linical Research Organisation and they are looking to recruit a Principle Investigator for their centre in Manchester. They have a global network of 26 Dedicated Research Centre’s in nine countries. Via these DRCs they provide a pioneering recruitment solution to the clinical trials industry providing top quality data to its clients from Pharma, Biotechs and CROs.
In the last 5 years, our client has conducted hundreds of clinical trials across a broad range of therapeutic areas in Phases II to IV. Each Dedicated Research Centre is manned by full time GCP (Good Clinical Practice) trained medical staff and can handle several thousand patients.
As a Principle Investigator you will be working in the Manchester Centre screening patients as part of the patient recruitment team who source and screen hundreds of patients. Your role will be to ensure that your recruitment targets are met in line with data quality requirements, patients concerns are addressed and ! you develop good relationships with your customers.
T! o apply for the role you must have Full GMC that allows you to work outside of an approved practice setting (ie the NHS). You must also have excellent communication skills, and be comfortable working to targets in a fast moving environment. You must have excellent experience in a clinical trials environment.
This post gives you an excellent opportunity to work in an environment that encourages progression and education. Salary is up to £65k per annum plus pension matched to 5%, life cover at three times salary and 25 days holiday plus all bank holidays and Christmas shut down.
