The Company OfficeTeam is excited to announce its latest role working for a Market Leading business consultancy based in the Trafford area. We are recruiting for an Admin Team Leader with ERDF ! experience. The Role Our client is recruiting for a team leader to set up and oversee the European Regional Development Fund administration team. As the ERDF team leader you will be responsible for the clerical processes and financial monitoring for the ERDF programme from inception through to completion. As Admin team leader you will oversee all project paperwork, ensuring your team are working to the highest degree of accuracy. Key duties will include working alongside the project director to recruit and set up the ERDF team, it is anticipated that you will manage a team of 6 administration staff. You and your team will be responsible for administering all transactions relating to the project ensuring a clear audit trail is visible, working alongside the project manager to ensure all activity is compliant with ERDF rules and regulations. You will also liaise with other project staff and admins to ensure best working practice is adhered too across the organisation. As Admi! n team leader you will also be responsible for co-ordinating t! he completion and submission of time sheets and assist with the preparation of reports. You will also be responsible for communicating with clients by email, telephone and in person. The ideal candidate will hold excellent attention to detail and be extremely process driven. Salary & Benefits ERDF Admin Team Leader role pays £20,000 - £22,000 dependant on experience.
