Creative Support is a nationwide not-for-profit care provider who aims to provide personalised support to adults with a wide range of needs and move towards greater individual independency. With a strong history of over 20 years, Creative Support is currently cooperating with more than 50 local authorities and currently employed over 4500 staffs.
Focusing on the services in South Manchester, we are looking to recruit for dedicated individuals to provide recovery based focus support to adults with primarily mental health needs. We have services operating within Wythenshawe, Withington and surrounding.
What we are looking for…
We require warm and motivated individuals to support people with mental health needs within ! our services in the South Manchester area. You will provide in! dividualised person centred support to female service users who live in a 24 hour supported tenancy in South Manchester. Our services are recovery focused and as such part of your role will be to ensure that the service users experience a valued life and enjoy a wide range of opportunities for personal development.
