Job Title: European Business Development Manager / Field Sales Manager / Poland/Slovakia Sales Manager
Area / location: You can be based out of either offices at Manchester Airport or East Midlands airport. One week in every four will be based in Europe, Poland/Slovakia and others.

Brief Job Description;
Purpose
To effectively generate new business and develop existing accounts within specified countries in Europe including Poland and Slovakia.. The Client is an independently recognised market leader in the field of critical logistics, and intends to grow its European based operation through dedicated sales in a previously under-exploited market.
Key Duties
Proactive and sus! tained daily telesales contact to identify and develop custome! rs.
Plan and carry out effective regular trips to present to prospective clients in Poland, Slovakia and other European countries.
Achieve personal annual sales target of new business which contributes to overall annual European sales team target.
Maintain good working relationships with the clients European operation.
Represent the company at conferences/exhibitions.
Ensure that the highest possible standards are maintained in all activities.
Diligently and promptly maintain company’s CRM reporting system.
Enhance and improve customer relations.

Experience and Skills
Key requirement is , 3 â€" 5 years of external sales experience with proof of results
Preferable Requirement ; Experience on logistics or European Sprinter Van market or a related field as a suitab! le alternative
Language skills would be useful, but not essential, eg Polish, Slovak or others?
Telesales experience
Key account management
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Developed networking skills
Other role requirements
Possible travel elsewhere in the world to represent the European office may be required
Must have a valid passport and a full driving licence.

Package ; Basic of circa £25k to £30k, with excellent commission structure (by year 2 , you could double your basic salary) + car allowance + other benefits.
