For over 30 years our client has been supplying visitor management systems! , accounting systems and health and safety solutions to both the public and private sectors. With a growing portfolio of innovative and exciting products covering both traditional and software based solutions, they now have an exciting opening for a home based, client facing, Public Sector Sales Executive to cover a large Central Midlands based territory.
As a home based, client facing, Public Sector Sales Executive you will be responsible for the development of public sector business throughout a large territory. Business will be generated through a blend of new revenue generation and on-going account management, which will give you access to existing public sector accounts with up-sell and cross-sell opportunities. You will manage the entire sales cycle, which requires you to identify, qualify, close and manage revenue streams of varying value.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 1-2 years proven client facing sales experience working in busine! ss to business sales environment. It would be a distinct advan! tage to have sold into the public sector although this is not a necessity. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated sales executive with first class communication and presentation skills to break into a lucrative sector. The successful candidate will be required to live within the territory as it is anticipated that you will spend 3-4 days per week in a client facing capacity.
The successful candidate can expect a basic salary circa 24k with an uncapped OTE of 36-38k in the first year plus an excellent benefits package.
