Our client, a large successful Training Organisation, is currently looking to recruit an experienced Area Manager (Work Based Learning) to cover the North West.

'The Role'

To manage and support a team of up to 10 Hospitality Assessors across the North West
Ensure the team are meeting agreed targets and objectives
Ensure the Region meets the audit requirements
Staff training / induction
Probation reviews / 1-2-1's and appraisals
Recruitment and retention
Team Meetings
Provide senior management with performance forecast and reports
Carry out business development activities to grow customer base

'Criteria'

None negotiable: Must have occupational competency within Hospitality and Catering
Strong people and performance management experience
Knowle! dge and experience within the Training Industry (Work based le! arning)
Excellent motivational skills
Track record of achieving challenging targets
Assessor / Verifier Awards (Desirable)
