The Role
From day one the successful graduates will be working alongside executive consultants, managers and directors and will be involved in all aspects of the job
A typical day will include networking, sourcing and screening high quality candidates, liaising with clients face to face and on the telephone as well as promoting the company to candidates and clients to win new business.
As a Trainee Consultant, you will work alongside other team members to gain an understanding of the role and learn while ‘on the job’. Team members will be required to concentrate on targeted sales activity, face to face client and candidate meetings and strategic business development.
With an excellent reputation for recruiting and training top graduates our client focus on promoting from within and mentoring their consultants to excel and progress to senior positions.
Salary: Between £16k! -£20k (dependent on previous experience) plus uncapped commi! ssion

Requirements:
Intelligent graduates with the academics to prove it.

Previous sales experience is an advantage but not essential.
