Physical Health Care Nurse - Manchester

Location: Manchester, England

Swim Nursing Team are looking to recruit a Physical Health Care Nurse for a private mental health hospital in Manchester. You should have some experience of wor! king with mental health patients, as you will be responsible for the physical health of these patients across the sites of three hospitals. The role will involve liaising with the teams on each clinical area, responding to the educational needs of patients and becoming involved in the training of staff as required.

Ideally, preferable candidates will hold dual qualification in General and Mental health nursing, however this is not essential. This is a permanent position.

You will require:
• NMC Registered nurse
• Experience of teaching skills.
• Ability to produce quality reports.
• Ability to develop detailed care plans in collaboration with patient and share this with relevant persons.
• Experience of leading Qualified Nurses.
