Our client is one of the leading, multinational financial services corporations in the world who are looking for an ultimately experienced Head of Performance Testing (QA, Loadrunner, Non-Functional) platform within one of the most business critical vertical of the company. This is the chance to work for one of the world's largest financial institutions, serving individual consumers, small and middle market businesses and large corporations with a full range of financial and risk management products.
This is a totally new role due to the intense expansion within the company and so the Head of Performance Testing (QA, Loadrunner, Non-Functional) would be expected to manage the Non-Functional Testing for the entire bank. Applicants must have experience of managing teams of over 200 people and experience managing budgets of over 15 million pounds. The successful Head of Performance Testing (QA, Loadrunner, Non-Functional) would also be expecte! d to drive the non-funtional testing strategy and must be acco! untable to board level stakeholders. Experience managing off-shore partners is vital as well but candidates who apply outside the financial sector will still be considered.
The core skills for this role are;
- Experience managing off-shore partners
- Experience managing over 200 people and over 15 million budgets
- Large enterprise experience
- Background within QA ideally with experience within Non-Functional Testing
