They are dedicated to providing best-in-class service and assistance to travelers. Due to the win of new accounts they ar! e looking to recruit experienced Business Travel Consultants to become a part of their successful business travel team.

Maybe you are an existing Business Travel Consultant looking for a change or an experienced leisure travel consultant that feels a move into the Monday - Friday corporate environment would suit you better. In this position you will be making domestic and international bookings over the phone or via email for our corporate clients according to their policy, using your customer service skills to build a lasting rapport and make the whole experience for them as seamless, reliable and as pleasurable as possible. You will be offering destination advice, booking flights, accommodation and car hire as well as making amendments and cancellations.

The successful candidates will possess the following:

• Experience working as a business travel consultant or travel consultant with a GDS
• GDS Native selling & sound knowledge ! of Fares and ticketing
• Sabre GDS experience or Amadeu! s or Galileo
• Superior customer service skills and attention to detail
• Motivation to excel within a team environment
