My client has an urgent need fo! r a 1st Line IT Support Analyst to start in their Manchester office immediately. The 1st Line Analyst must be experienced providing excellent customer experience on a remote basis to end users. The 1st Line IT Support Analyst would preferably have experience with Windows XP and Office 2003, 2007 and 2010, experience with Windows 7 would put the 1st Line IT Support Analyst at a distinct advantage. For the 1st Line Analyst to be successful they should have worked in an EPOS environment and preferably providing 1st Line Support.
