This market leading software house who specialise in the supply of financial admini! stration software to government and blue-chip organisations is seeking to recruit an experienced software analyst to join an established and highly regarded support team to deliver software to external clients.
ROLE
The Software Delivery Consultant will be involved in remotely implementing software and upgrades including scheduling, planning, reporting, taking overall responsibility for successful installs.
Provide support to clients analysing/resolving faults and liaising with internal (development, technical and consultancy) teams.
Working to agreed SLA’s, you will also be involved with the development of statistical reports, pro-actively analysing problem areas, testing resolved solutions and also recommending/ implementing improvements to the working operations.
Aid in the development cycle of toolsets used in the process.
Data Protection administration.
PERSON
Strong educational background (good A Levels, Honours degree)
A team pla! yer with strong analytical, planning and first class communica! tion skills.
You will have gained at least 12 months experience in a client facing software support role, with experience of MS Office (Excel), Windows and ideally Unix.
Any experience of Financial software would be advantageous.
