Our client, a LCV/HGV Rental Company in the West Manchester area, is currently looking for an experienced and professional Breakdown / Service Con! troller to control their fleet of Mobile Technicians based throughout the country.
You will be required to liaise with customers regarding breakdowns, servicing, etc. for their diverse fleet of vehicles.
Experience within the motor industry is essential for our client and experience of Kerridge and/or holding a CPC qualification would be beneficial.
The suitable candidate must have an excellent telephone manner and be computer literate. Wide knowledge and interest in vehicles and geographical knowledge of the UK would be an advantage. You must also hold a clean current driving licence.
This is an extremely high pressured job and will not suit anyone who cannot deal with a very busy day.
