You'll specialise in either a permanent or contract market covering the healthcare market. You'll follow a 13 week training programme, delivered from the owners of the business, to ensure that you're fully prepared for success in your new career.
The Role
The role of a Recruitment Consultant is a fast paced target driven role! . Initially your role will involve a large amount of cold call! ing. You will spend the majority of your day on the phone developing new business relationships and interviewing candidates for your roles. You will benefit from a small amount of existing business to give you a head start and hit the ground running, and making commission from day one! No two days in recruitment will be the same and you have the opportunity to take control of your own earnings and your progression within the company.

You will be fully trained, however your success is a direct result of the effort that you put into the job. The more you put in, the more you'll get out. You'll be a strong rapport builder.
