Vision for Education is the fastest growing Education Recruitment Agency in Manchester, specialising in Temporary and Permanent jobs for Teachers and Teaching Assistants.! Due to rapid expansion we are looking to recruit a Primary Education Recruitment Consultant to join the Primary Team at our Manchester Branch.
You will be responsible for both recruiting and placing suitably qualified candidates into local Primary Schools. Successful candidates will be highly motivated and be a professional team member with excellent communication skills. You will demonstrate the ability to forge and maintain relationships over the telephone and face to face and have the desire to exceed the highest levels of customer service to both clients and candidates.
Although previous experience in an Education Recruitment environment would be of an advantage, we are willing to consider applications from people with a Recruitment background in other industries but open to learning new skills, by providing you with on-going training & development. It is however essential that you have a full UK drivers licence.
