The company prefers to hire organically and has a proven track record of developing graduates with no prior recruitment experience into some of the UK’s highest producing recruiters, many of whom have achieved annual earnings of above 100K inside 2 years of working in the industry. You will be a lateral thinker with the ability to influence up to CEO level and ideally have a 2:1 degree or above. You will be able to substantiate your suitability for the role with examples of achievement throughout your life and have a professional outlook towards your career.

Any sales experience will be an asset but is not a prerequisite due to the standard of training on offer.
