In this role you will be delivering to a caseload, based in the North West, of learners undertaking apprenticeships and qualifications in Employment Related Services, ERS. The ERS qualification is for Personal Advisers, Job Coaches and Employment Trainers looking for career progression within the Welfare to Work remit. This is an amazing opportunity for you to come on board with an exciting project and help them achieve this qualification.
To be considered for the position of Employment Related Services (ERS) Assessor:
- You will hold an Assessing qualification (A1, TAQA, D32/33, AVA, CAVA, or equivalent)
- You will have excellent occ! upational competency, having worked in an Employment Related S! ervices arena
- You may also hold a teaching qualification
- You are confident presenting and have excellent communication skills.
- You have a driving license and a car.
