The role of a Trainer is to ensure there is effective learning delivered in the training room and ensure that apprentices achieve their maximum potential throughout the programme by supporting and mentoring them during their apprenticeship.

Main duties:
Prepare and deliver structured lessons to apprentic! es.
Provide appropriate feedback and maintain records of a! pprentices progress and development.
Prepare apprentices for qualifications and external examination.
Trainers are responsible for the learning environment in the training room, including maintaining training room discipline. You will be required to manage apprentice behaviour both in the training room and on training centre premises applying appropriate and effective measures in cases of misbehaviour.
Supervise and support the work of Associate Trainers, providing additional support for new Trainers.
You will be required to undergo regular observations of teaching and learning as part of continuing professional development (CPD)
Working with Training Centre Managers, Area and Training Managers in terms of support staff where necessary within Training Centres

The key performance outputs include:
Apprentice retention rates.
Apprentice vendor pass rates.
Timely submission of work.
Teaching and learning observations grades. Learner survey feedback.
Attend required meetings.
Attend required external training.

Qualifications:
MCITP/MSCA/MCSE ¡V Windows 7
Teaching qualification i.e. PTLLS, Cert Ed etc

Experience:
Proven training room delivery experience
Proven training room management experience
Technical & CDM industry experience
Coaching and mentoring

• Experience in perform! ing Privileged Password Management with fair understanding the underlying business processes.
• Capture detailed requirements for the Cyber-Ark solution based on input from platform owners, eco-system owners, the target architecture and high-level requirements. For example, capture requirements relating to the management of privileged entitlements, authentication of privileged users, break-glass workflows, operational issues, availability and timeliness of the solution, monitoring and logging of privileged activities, platform lifecycle events such as the creating or decommissioning target servers and their impact on privileged accounts, retention of audit data, and regulatory constraints around the locations of privileged users and target systems.
• Good experience in implementation and integration of Cyber-Ark's Privileged Identity Management (PIM) Suite or Cyber Ark
