Radiology Administration is committed to ensuring the provision of a first class reception and appointment booking service in the Radiology areas of all sites across ELHT
RADIOLOGY REC! EPTIONIST/CLERICAL OFFICER ââ¬â BGH
Based within ! our very busy Radiology Department, you will be responsible for providing front line reception and clerical support. Your principle duties will be to receive referrals into the department and ensure that they are added correctly to the CRIS system and that patients are offered an appointment within the breach date. To greet patients as they arrive into the department, record their attendance on CRIS and to offer face to face appointments when required.
Post:
You are required to have excellent communication skills, both written and vebal, precise with detail and data collection and have the relvant keyboard skills, you must be able to understand, absorb and comply with procedures and make use of your own judgement in cases of importance. The ability to work on your own initiative and work without close supervision is essential.
It is essential that you currently have a consistant and reliable attendance record, the ability to move and handle and ! be professional in appearance.
