Exciting opportunity for an experienced e-leaning Training! Manager to join an expanding national licenced retailer.
We are looking for an ambitious, entrepreneurial, career focused e-leaning Training Manager who is keen to have a significant impact on the business and progress and develop within it
Our clients business that has heritage, their name and is synonymous with serving great food and drinks across the UK. They have been established for hundreds of years and are now one of the largest PLC's in their sector. However, don't be misled, our client cannot be considered a corporate machine; they are a dynamic and evolving organisation who tore up the rule book many years ago!
As an established e-leaning Training professional, you will be accountable for identifying , developing, commissioning and managing e-learning based projects. You will be expected to develop and maintain partnerships with all stakeholders, advisors and contractors, and ensure the delivery of quality products and services across the estate. As t! heir e-learning expert, you will be responsible for creating a! nd implementing a ground up e-leaning programme across the entire business.
