The Corporate Secretarial Unit is expanding and is already one of the largest in a law firm, forming part of the Core Corporate group.
As Global Compliance Co-ordinator, you will be part of the International team which is responsible for the provision of corporate secretarial services to designated multinational clients as part of the team’s cross-border offering.
The key responsibilities are:
Act as a co-ordinator to manage the relationship with the client
Lead client conference calls to review progress, communicate updates
Identify and implement improvements to key processes to ensure that client needs are met or exceeded
Ideal candidate will be degree calibre or equivalent with GCSE Maths and English Grade C or above (or equivalent). You will need to possess strong communications and analytical skills.
