A much sought after Design Agency based in Central Manchester are currently seeking an exceptional Senior Accounts Manager to join their team of Creatives. Specialising in Branding and Campa! igns (Including web development, marketing & Corporate comms)
Reporting to the Senior Account Manager Responsibilities include:
Delivering client projects, developing client relationships, managing
junior team
To manage significant projects, ensuring all client and agency targets are met.
To maintain and grow profitable and successful client relationships.
To maintain highest standards of professionalism and intelligence in all areas of client service to support agency mission.
Co-ordinate work of junior account management team
Management
Own management and development of major projects and accounts, supported by
members of Account Management team, reporting to Senior Account Director.
Build successful relationships with all Agency team members and clients
Responsibility for meeting targets for sales, profitability and account growth from existing clients
Play leading ! role in converting new business, working with senior agency te! am
Team Leadership
Deliver in line with â€" and look for ways to improve - for client
service, project management and financial performance and take responsibility for
effective performance
Ensure that all team members follow appropriate procedures.
Support Senior Account Director in developing and identifying training needs of more
junior team members
Management:
At least 5 years account handling/commercial experience, gained within agency environment.
Stakeholder management skills at all levels both client and colleague
Managing experience of junior teams
Experience presenting and preparing a range of managament reports meant for Senior teams
Winning trust of entire team, clients et al.
Essential:
First class account & financial managment experience gained tendering blue chip client relationships.
Ability to proactively improve and seek out ! ways to efficiently and systematically manage individual projects and relationships.
Business Development skills adding value and selling in services
Win new business in brand or design
Strategically adept
Stamina and motivation must be 120% at all times
Confidence working closely with senior planning & creative colleagues.
