The role of and requirements for the Sales Manager.
- You will be managing a team of Internal Sales Consultants to achieve sales targets selling into existing accounts and potential new companies.
- Regular briefings and one-on-one coaching sessions.
- Able to create / design strategic plans to develop quality sales performance and develop team members.
- Commercially aware in the market place.
- Produce monthly sales forecasts.
- Very hands on people manager to drive and motivate a team.
- You will need experience in people management, coaching and delivering objectives.
- Proven track record of Sales Management and achieving targets in a B2B environmen! t.
