This Manchester firm has experienced growth so much so that the head of department is now tasked with recruiting a junior Employment solicitor.
The employment work undertaken i! s a mix of Respondent and Claimant work.
They are looking to recruit an Employment lawyer with between 2-5 yearse experience (Claimant or Respondent).
You will work closely with the head of the department and will be encouraged to pro-actively business develop and network to grow both the firm's and your own profile in the local market.
As this is a small firm, it will be a hands on role with excellent variety. Interested candidates must be able to work both autonomously and as part of a team. This is a friendly firm that can offer an ambitious solicitor the opportunity to take on responsibility and progress early in their career. Supervision and support will be there when you need it but you will be encouraged to take on responsibility from the outset.
