Asset Analyst/Administrator

Our client are looking for an experienced Asset Analyst/Administrator to join their busy team for a period of 9 months. As an Asset Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity, maintenance, interp! retation, reporting and making recommendations of the asset management data.

Candidate profile

The key aspects of this role will include:

• Data inputting, updating, cleansing and ensuring data accuracy
• Producing reports and making recommendations to Asset Managers
• Undertaking analysis, highlighting trends and patterns
• Processing asset related queries from Engineers
• Perform data health checks
• Update data into applications to agreed SLAs
• Establish causes of data errors and process corrected transactions
• Provide input into the AVP and EVP processes
• Accountable to the Asset Managers, managing ad-hoc requests when appropriate
• Work closely with Customer Operations peers, ensuring collaborative and co-operative working relationships are maximising opportunities for Customer Operations as a whole
• Fully appreciate their own responsibilities regarding Health ! and Safety

Candidate skills

The successful! candidate will be at an advanced level in Excel and will have the ability to analyse data/trends from reports sent across from engineers and estate managers. In addition, you must be able to demonstrate experience of using systems to interrogate, navigate, update, change and maintain accurate Asset Data.
