Working for this multi-channel retailer, you will need a Degree/MSc with substantial mathematical content, with experience in an analytical role and knowledge of email and online analytics. You will be ambitious and have the ability to work on your own initiative to identify and improve current processes. You will be a strong written and verbal communicator.
Principle accountabilities will include but not be limited to the following:
Potential for the introduction to line management, including appraisals of direct reports and prioritisation of workloads.
Project management including managing project briefs, the analysis and subsequent solution implementation process.
Key focus will be identifying email and web analytics projects to cover development and improvement in data insight based on strategic objectives
Initiate requests for information and develop long term projects resulting i! n added benefit to the company.
Be a champion for the! use of email and web analytics in understanding the influence of web trading behaviour on the performance of the business.
