A Web Analyst is required for our public sector client to work on the web team to join the Customer Services Programme, Communications and ICT teams who are working together to develop on-line web form integration with the client’s! CRM platform.
The successful candidate must be competent in the following -
- Expertise in web development
- Good understanding of content management systems
- Ability to develop forms with little or no support
- issue resolution
- A sound knowledge of how HTML forms work (eg. POSTing data, request/response)
- Comfortable working with large XML files
- Experience of working with a large web content management system (JADU if poss)
- Basic PHP knowledge
- Good working knowledge of CMS Systems
- Good understanding of web services
- Good knowledge of analytical reporting tools
