Manpower has great opportunities available for Fraud Officers with strong communication skills and a passion to supply the highest customer service standard. You will primarily manage inbound and outbound calls directly with ca! rdholders to establish whether their spending is genuine or fraud, within a market leading customer and financial brand. You will regularly update all accounts as necessary dependent on outcome of fraudulent checks and notify the cardholder immediately of the process undertaken. You will actively engage in improvement activities through the Work-Out programme and confidently liaise with different departments to support and seek aid with more complex cases.

Candidate profile

You will need to be an excellent communicator, able to both engage the customers to check usage and control the calls through concise and direct dialogue. You will need good organisational and time keeping skills to enable you to meet the productivity targets set. You will need experience in using complex computer systems. An ability to identify and handle customer complaints is essential

Candidate skills

This is a Full-Time Temporary On-going role. You would be workin! g 5 days out of 7 Monday to Sunday from 12:00 Midday to 9.00PM!
