The Christie NHS Foundation Trust supports a wide range of research projects. An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to work within the MAHSC-Trials Coordination Unit to providing an efficient and effective administrative support for the operational capability of the MAHSC CTU, supporting the unitÂ's core team as necessary;
The role holder will also assist in the coordination of clinical trial projects and grant funding applications managed by the unit; provide assistance in the management of the unitÂ's quality and project management systems; be responsible for the general procurement activities of the unit; be responsible for maintenance of the unitÂ's grant application database; and act as coordinator for the MAHSC CTU Management Committee.
The post holder will also be expected to contribute to the development and function of the MAHSC-CTU and to assist with the organisation of study documents and ensuring quality as! surance in line with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) as required.!
