An excellent opportunity has arisen for the right candidate to embark on a permanent Debt Sales Adviser career work! ing for a fast growing organisation based at the head office in Manchester.
The role will involve taking calls from people seeking help and advice on serious debt problems. This will include examining their financial details and assisting customers on how best to proceed with their individual debt problems, whilst maximising up and cross selling. The position is for inbound and outbound activity and you will be required to do both.
Key responsibilities will include, providing empathy and support to customers, information gathering including income, expenditure, debt and other financial information also aim to up-sell and cross sell beneficial products.
The ideal candidate should have excellent team working skills, sales experience, listening skills, basic numeracy and literacy, ability to hit targets and experience of working in a call centre environment. Desirable skills would include IVA/Debt management/Financial services background.
