An opportunity has arisen within Serco Leisure for a Receptionist based at The Manchester Aquatics Centre to provide front line customer service at reception.
Job purpose
To provide front line customer service at reception.
Greet and book-in customers to the Leisure Centre
Deal with cash transactions and receipts
Ensure a continuous availability of customer information
Deal with first line customer enquiries or complaints
Deal with customers by telephone
Taking customer booking at reception desk and ! by telephone
Skills and Experience
The id! eal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
Proven experience as a Receptionist
Previous experience of dealing face-to-face with customers
IT Literate
Good customer care skills
A good communicator
The ability to handle cash and maintain records
A good telephone manner
In line with Serco Leisure`s policy, all employees will have a CRB disclosure at an appropriate level.
