Claims Handler required to handle Motor Personal Injury claims pro-actively and deliver a high quality claims service with an equally high f! ocus on the delivery of excellent customer service. The role will involve the registration, investigation, negotiation and settlement of claims and will require you to liaise with underwriters to ensure the application of appropriate clauses, endorsements and conditions. It will be your responsibility to ensure claims are correctly reserved and settled as well as to pay valid claims ensuring the proper application of policy limits, excesses and best practice.
Applicant Requirements
Candidates must have working knowledge of motor and personal injury claims handling and telephone based experience. You will have the ability to work to monthly targets and be able to demonstrate that you are a team player.
