We are currently recruiting a brilliant opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor for a fantastic organisation based in Manchester city centre. This is a great opportu! nity for a forward thinking individual looking to join a strong existing team to develop their career within professional services. Working as a key member of the HR team you will be responsible for various duties including but not limited to;

• Working collaboratively with Senior HR to identify talent for specific recruitment needs
• Manage HR administration, including offer letters, contracts etc.
• Conduct interviews with candidates
• Carry out company inductions
• Monitor probationary periods and sending out mandatory forms relevant throughout this process
• Responsible for overseeing Employee Benefits are communicated and dealt with efficiently
• Support and advise Line Managers with interpretation and implementation of policies
• Supporting the business with effective workforce planning and structuring resources
• Support Senior HR with Employee Relations issues

The successful candidate! will have experience working within a similar role within a c! ommercial organisation. You will have excellent interpersonal skills that can be demonstrated on all levels and the ability to work independently and within a team. The ideal candidate will have excellent influencing skills and maintain the correct level of assertiveness. A CIPD qualification is not essential but highly desirable.
