- Maintain the highest standards of health, safety and environmental management.
- Average Group inspectorâs scores in excess of 90% Health & Safety, 92% Working Environment, 32/40 Safety M! anagement and Accident Frequency Rate not more than 0.45.
- Implement project strategies in order to achieve the companyâs sustainability objectives.
- Number of projects achieving the 10 point sustainable project criteria in line with strategic plan.
- Establish standards of quality on site and ensure delivery of a quality build in accordance with the project specifications and project requirements.
- Zero defects at the date for completion for all projects and aiming for zero defects during the defects period. Customer care quarterly health checks to exceed targets.
- Manage the client expectations and adopt a professional and considerate approach to maintain good working relations.
- Achieve an average score from the customer satisfaction questionnaire for all projects in line with LCO strategic plan.
- Implement the supply chain policy. Feedback from supply chain manager.
- Adopt the principles of the Considerate! Constructorâs Scheme and manage community relations. Ensure appropriate site image is maintained to encourage repeat business.
- Considerate Constructor Scheme score in excess of 34.
- Produce and develop project programmes and control operations to achieve delivery of the
- project on time. Organise the works and supply chain to provide the right working
- environment to avoid disruption between trades.
- All projects to be completed by the contract completion date (i.e. on time) and projects to be completed by original contract completion date in line with LCO strategic plan.
- Undertake the works in the most economic manner to eliminate waste and avoid non
- recoverable costs and preliminaries losses.
- Monitor and work to agreed preliminaries budget.
- Non recoverable costs less than 0.1% and deliver prelims cost on budget.
- Lead and motivate the site team and the supply chain to deliver the project.
- Staff feedback / empowerment questionnai! re minimum score of 80%.
- Maintain continuous professional development to ensure appropriate technical awareness.
- Review of training / CPD in the period.
- Implement standard procedures. Zero non-conformance reports from QMS audits.
- Manage project handover and ensure defect / snag free completion.
- Zero snags / defects at the date for completion for all projects.
- Support the strategy for the closure of defects during defects period and obtain certificate of Making Good Defects within targets set.
- Achieve Making Good Defects Certificate within 8 weeks of due date.
- Implement best practice and drive continuous improvement.
- Feedback from customer service department.
Proven experience of:
- A track record of successful delivery of projects.
- A variety of construction operations.
- Using Microsoft suite of Office programm! es; Inc. Excel, Word, Outlook and Project.
- Controlling costs, timing and quality in line with targets.

- Reading and accurately interpreting programmes, drawings and technical specifications.
- Ensuring project team(s) understanding of drawings and technical specifications.
- Understanding and appropriately sharing build programmes.
- Managing teams including the supply chain, direct employees and consultants.
- Playing a leading role which positively contributes to the project team(s).
- Proactively liaising with customers and the supply chain.

Essential
- Minimum relevant level 4 qualification (HNC / NVQ4 etc).
- Relevant degree.
Essential
- Appropriate CSCS card.
- SMSTS certificate.
- First Aid at Work certificate.
- Valid driving licence.
- Working towards a MCIOB.
