More details about this occupation opportunity kindly read the description below. S Knights Recruitment is proud be recruiting for a National sector leading Training Provider. My client has been awarded new funding and as a result will be growing its! already successful business development team. This will be an up selling and cross selling role. With the strong hold our client has within the local and national labour market, this role will aimed at maximising training and recruitment opportunities and then coordinating that process.
As well as creating strong partnerships our client has won a number of new contracts and are currently ranked as one of top training providers nationally. My client is a well respected provider who values their staff and lead by a team of strong and inspirational management.
MAIN DUTIES:
To Engage employers (local and national) to secure Training opportunities, work placements and job opportunities for learners
To build a strong working relationship with employers to meet targets and ensuring our client are the partner of choice to maximise opportunities
Work with employers to ensure you support them with their long term training, recruitment, ! and business support needs
Develop an in-depth knowle! dge of the local labour market and employers and be aware of national labour market trends and developments
Work with colleagues/partners to identify and match suitable learners with progression, job vacancies and placement opportunities
To manage process to ensure a target of 70% learner attendance
To sell all the benefits of our client, including all government funded and corporate contracts
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
Able to demonstrate success in building and maintaining effective business relationships with internal and external customers
Demonstrate continued success of having met and exceeded stretching targets in a sales role
Proven sales and selling capability with high levels of quality in delivery
Excellent verbal and written communication and influencing skills
Able to identify and maximise business opportunities
Excellent listening and understanding skills, including strong n! egotiation skills
Excellent time management skills and diary management also organisational skills
Computer literate and efficient in all programmes, Excel, Word, Powerpoint
Must hold full driving licence and possess a reliable car suitable for the role
